• Wrote a standard operating procedure and a gate security manual for the base facilities with weekly reports and quarterly reviews, which raised operational readiness from 50% to 85% in one year
• Raised the number of trainees in the Advanced Military Police course from 180 to 278 a year, an increase of 54%, with no extra budget and added more qualified staff to the department

Head of Preventive Security Department

• Managed daily security and safety operations for 5 facilities and a residential community of more than 2000 residents, including access control, CCTV monitoring and policy compliance
• Managed the risk registers and risk assessments for the 5 facilities. Mitigated 89% of the risks with corrective action plans and accepted the rest with regular follow up

• Identified 5 high risks and wrote 3 emergency plans for the main gates, the administrative building and the operations room, each with backup generators, alternate radios and an alternate building
• Led a 300 member coordination team in joint operations for the 2023 Sudan evacuation. The plan and the team were ready before the first ship arrived and we received 8455 people from 110 nationalities in 21 days with zero incidents
• Led the response team for a fire that affected 10 homes in the residential area, activated the emergency and business continuity plans and moved all families to a temporary shelter in line with the approved plans
• Served as incident commander in 3 major emergencies and led coordination and escalation with 7 government and regulatory agencies such as Civil Defense, Red Crescent and Police

• Led a 25 member team in a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) of 5 facilities during COVID 19. We found 2 critical risks, tested them in 2 exercises and cut risk exposure by 70%
• Ran a tabletop exercise every quarter with senior leaders and a full scale exercise every 4 months with all departments and risk owners. We updated the plans after each exercise and plan failure went down to 3%

Commander, Naval Military Police Company

• Led more than 250 staff across several sites, including internal and contracted security teams, and tightened access control, which cut unauthorized port entries by 70% in one month
• Introduced the Saher automated monitoring system, which cut almost daily traffic incidents by 30% in 3 months
• Secured 40 to 50 VIP and official delegation visits every year with zero incidents
• Led emergency teams of 50 to 70 staff in the 2009 and 2011 Jeddah floods as company commander and liaison officer with the operations rooms. We opened alternate routes, cleared more than 200 trapped vehicles and returned the site to normal operations in 6 days
